  1. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. BelAirTickets charges a service fee on each ticket purchase. This fee covers platform maintenance, payment processing, and customer support. Service fees are non-refundable.

  1. Event Organizers

If you list events on BelAirTickets, you agree to provide accurate event information, honor all tickets sold through our platform, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and pay all applicable platform fees.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket buyers will receive a full refund including service fees. BelAirTickets is not responsible for events that are postponed or rescheduled. Refund requests for any other reason are at the sole discretion of the event organizer.

  1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to resell tickets at prices above face value without authorization, use our platform for fraudulent purposes, attempt to hack or disrupt our platform, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on BelAirTickets, including our logo, design, and text, is owned by BelAirTickets and protected by copyright law. You may not use our content without our written permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

BelAirTickets is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our platform, the actions of event organizers, or events beyond our control. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use of BelAirTickets after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
